Who are we?

Freddie and Lucy form a creative partnership that brings stories to life through moving images. Their collaborative approach combines Freddie's expertise in cinematography and production with Lucy's talent for narrative development and curatorial experience. Together, they create visually stunning and emotionally resonant films that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression.

They specialise in stories about art and craftsmanship. Whether bringing an artist's vision to life, creating an exhibition trailer, artist documentary, or craft-led brand editorial, they believe in taking the time to understand their subjects and capturing them in the most authentic and cinematic way possible.

Lucy Andia

_____

Lucy Andia discovered a love of storytelling whilst working as an archaeologist in Southeast Asia - curating exhibitions in local museums about her team's prehistoric findings. Her filmmaking career began in the curatorial department of Royal Collection Trust, where she produced short documentaries about the decorative arts. She then worked at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art, where she created the web film series, Archive Journeys and New Discoveries.

She spent 2022 in Mexico, working on a series of short films about artists based in Mexico City. Her film Skin of the City about Cuban artist Bastian Silvestre premiered at On Art Film Festival in Poland and FilmArte in Berlin.

She is currently co-directing a long form documentary about an artist and is writing her first feature narrative screenplay. She is also learning the trumpet because she has unrequited dreams of playing in a jazz band.
